This is a blog that raises awareness about different ways to meditate.

Instructions：

(tagline: Creating Peace-of-Mind in a Distracted World) There will be a dual focus on silent meditation (using different apps, journaling, designs for meditation rooms) as well as moving meditation (yoga, hiking, etc). This will be something that both my wife and I will be doing together. She is Indian and I am not so it would be nice to incorporate some, subtle Indian design elements. Size should be 1200 pixels wide and 400 pixels high. The design should be devoid of clutter. Best colors are white, faint blue, and pale yellow.
