The Brilliant program (Biomedical Research and Informatics Living Laboratory for Innovative Advances of New Technologies) aims to provide evidence-based research to improve rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities. The vision of the BRILLIANT program is to optimize mobility of persons with disabilities across the lifespan through the use of technology such as Tracking Tools to measure real time mobility, Participant Reporting System to capture patient reported outcomes, Clinical Reporting System to capture rehabilitation-based data, Clinical Decision Support Applications to provide recommendations for mobility training and Predictive Algorithms to identify interventions to enhance mobility.
