Style: Simple, stylized, retro
Color: Maybe incorporate dark blue
Other thoughts on color: alpha Centauri is one of the brightest stars in the solar system and its in the Centaurus Constellation. Its color is “yellow-orange”. Perhaps we incorporate this?
Or, we focus on something about NGC-5291. Here’s a neat image:

Maybe use colors from this. Black background, bright yellows and oranges
Or: See the galaxy shower curtain in the attached image . Maybe we link that in with a circular design for something orbiting?

Communication: solving problems on earth from space. Develop a logo and some ways to write “CST” to show its space data company

We are leaning toward a "tie" between your two designs (we would pay the prize to both). Ammad's design is better suited for business cards, etc; we love Jaize's design for t-shirts/swag. Therefore we'd like to use both but we want them a little more in sync. Thus we asked Jaize to match the lettering more to the block style of Ammad's design, and asked Ammad to change the design of the swoosh to look like a galaxy band using the color scheme like Jaize's design. We can't wait to see what you both come up with!
