I need a Logo for a medical practice which focuses on diagnosing and treating a myriad of general internal medicine diseases while emphasizing chronic kidney disease care. The practice covers the spectrum of adult (ages 18-120) internal medicine diseases (diabetes, thyroid problems, hypertension, chronic heart disease, etc) while emphasizing kidney disease, dialysis, vascular access and transplant; from the patients whose condition is at an early stage detectable only by lab testing, to the patients with kidney failure requiring transplantation or dialysis. The practice provides care to patients in the office, hospital and outpatient dialysis settings. The logo should be easy to correlate and stand out in the crowded marketplace. Strictly NO COPY and modified logos/vector graphics please.
The practice name is "ADVANTAGE RENAL INSTITUTE". THE NAME IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LOGO. If possible and not too crowded, I want the letters ARI (initials) to be included in the logo.

I want the design to be similar to that except instead of the abstract design of the hands I want an abstract design of twin lions around the abstract kidney.
The name of the practice will be "ADVANTAGE RENAL INSTITUTE" I want the name of the practice in the logo and if possible also the initial " A R I".
