Gas mask head with a suit and tie silhouette underneath the head. A cool hat would be nice too. Team name somewhere below that in big letters Syndicate. Background of like a city street/alley. Colours; black, white, grey, dark red, maybe a little bit of navy. No golds or oranges or greens. Must be in a crest shape outline with the gas mask face/suit/name/city background inside of the crest outline.
