Instructions：
Alberta is known for its blue skies, Rocky mountains and golden prairies. As we are a team formed from U19 aged female athletes from all over northern Alberta to train and play at the highest level in the sport of ringette. Ringette is similar to ice hockey only played with a straight stick (no blade) and a blue ring (7 inches in diameter) instead of a puck.
