PLEASE READ THE BRIEF THOROUGHLY! I have an existing logo that I would like to re-vamp and enhance but I AM OPEN TO CHANGING IT COMPLETELY if you have something unique. A little background on the myself, my business and my logo. This logo we have now is super basic that my partner came up with on his own. I have operated a hot yoga studio in Ireland for 8 years and now have closed the studio and have moved to Spain. At present, I do not wish to open a physical space but want to offer yoga holidays/retreats. I thought of revamping the logo to allow my current students to understand this new direction that I am taking Init Yoga in but at the same time, it will be something familiar for them. A background on the meaning of my logo. Basically the logo represents a me and my husband. We run a hot yoga studio, the word Init means hot in Tagalog (native language of the Philippines where I am from). We liked that word as well as everyone across all nationalities can pronounce it properly and we thought we can make merchandise using it as a tag - Are you init?, etc The colors of the circle represents the colors of the Spanish flag, its where my husband is from and at the same time in represented heat, colors of the sun, our studio being a hot yoga studio. We created a tag line as a play on words; Hot Yoga, Cool studio and I am hoping to create one as well but have not decided on it yet. Something like; Init Yoga The Experience. Not really sure if I want that added by maybe and option to have something as a tag is possible. What am I looking for now? To be honest I don´t really know but I know I want a logo to mean something to me. I would like to enhance/re-vamp it. The name Init Yoga has already has a good name recall in Ireland and we have kept a really good reputation so I have that as a plus and this is the reason why I have decided to continue to use the name. I want it something that if my students see it, they will see the connection and at the same time see the new look which is the new direction where I am taking my retreats. I am very open to exploring all options for the logo. I do want the elements in my logo to mean something (ie. what this color represents, what this symbol represents, etc) and want something that can be taken further for merchandising or putting it on shirts and other items in the future. I am also open to a completely different logo altogether. I want something that looks modern and not traditional yoga.
