Company Intro：

Business Coaching and Consulting services for the real estate market as well as small to mid-sized businesses outside of real estate. But the main focus is the real estate market. I specialize in lead conversion coaching for real estate agents and brokers.

Instructions：

Simple is better when it comes to the logo and branding. I attached my current logo but don't like the 'con'. New website is being built and has a black background. Open to different colors, but I like a deep orange color/gradient. Also - would like a design that has a hidden message (like FedEx with the arrow) to show that we check the boxes or are the direction of choice for real estate professionals.
