Colours navy aqua white, gold metallic? tag line options, "Personal and professional development", coaching, courses, retreats one idea is writting "unbridle the mind" around top left of circle, "make happy a habit" around top right of circle, "transformational coaching", bottom left, "accredited training". Would like a strong dependable brand look, easy to read, but still feminine.
