Houzway is a brand new startup Real Estate brokerage. I would like to someday become a Franchise brokerage and have offices nationwide. The Real Estate market is quickly changing and now, more than ever, we have to stand out from the crowd. Real Estate agents and brokerages have to do things differently than what it has been done in the past in order to stay in business. Houzway will cater to its agents, sellers, and buyers so they can do Real Estate their way. Houzway feels warm and welcoming and wants people to have that feeling by looking at the brand.

I am unsure the exact logo symbol I want to have for my company. I have attached some design concepts that I would like to see. I’m very open for creativity. My colors are Orange (#ff6a0c) and (#726249). I like the brands that can stand alone. Like Apple, Nike, Target. I want a logo symbol that is modern, simple, elegant and unique. Even though I want to see a house concept, I would like to see other concepts besides a house. Everyone in Real Estate does house symbols. I want the logo to be fresh and very simple. I want a brand symbol and the the company name. This can be in a variation of different positions. I'm looking forward to seeing your great designs.
