Instructions：

The house is a 6000 sqft brick estate home on the edge of the city but still surrounded by wheat fields and an orchard and small gardens (c/w large white barn...for storage only). Events can be held outside e.g.) weddings, corporate picnics, anniversaries. Also small retreats, meetings and conferences can be held inside. Because of the scenic surroundings, it can be rented out to photographers as well. A commercial kitchen is being installed, and we will also rent out the kitchen to vendors at the farmers' market. Essentially it is a beautiful place being rented out for gatherings. I have cooperative relationships with local caterers and restaurants, hotel, and corporate event planners but will not be providing the services myself. i will coordinate limited events, but intended mostly to rent the space out. i'd like the cornerstone to be the place people think of first for special gatherings, whether corporate or personal. can accommodate 150 guests the house is inherited from my dad. he was the cornerstone of our family. the house holds memories of all our treasured big events. when you come down the path you really feel you have entered a special place. a bit of prairie paradise.
