Our company specializes in buying real estate, flipping it and selling it. We also have in house real estate agency for listings and operate an investment portfolio for managing our investors' rental properties.
We want DO NOT want to be pigeon holed in having the "house" incorporated into the logo. We feel like this will be too narrow and too overdone. We also buy and sell land, commercial properties, multi family, etc. and work with investors.
The ideal logo would give the sense of moving fast - is that incorporating an animal or a symbol of something representing fast? You tell us!
DO NOT GET ONE TRACK MINDED IN THIS BEING A TYPICAL REAL ESTATE LOGO. We do not want it to be a typical real estate logo.
Keywords to keep in mind:
-Unique
-Eye cathching
-Memorable
-Trustworthy
We would like the ability for the logo to stand alone with one graphic once the brand is recognizable so having "MoveFast" in the logo is perfectly fine, but ideally, would like something that can be used or modified down the road to stand alone.
***We will be giving a lot of feedback on each logo because we've had a lot of good ideas that just weren't there yet***
