Murdoch Chase Residents Association
A local community residents association. Background The Murdoch Chase residential community is located at Murdoch Drive, Farrington Road, and the Kwinana Freeway. It is an enclave of approximately 200 houses with many residents choosing to live in this neighbourhood due to the proximity to the City and access to universities, hospitals and transport. The community was established around 2000/2001 with a number of residents still the original homeowners. Houses are located around the perimeter of the estate with a large parkland/ picnic/ playground area, in the centre. It also offers access to extensive natural bushland of Beeliar Regional Park . The community is establishing a Resident’s Association to ensure we are included in future consultations regarding developments underway near our community. Given the expected development in the area, we expect significant interactions over the coming years and want to ensure we can help contribute to building our broader community.

- Instructions：
- • Image - The community is filled with deciduous trees, helping create a unique feel in the Perth area. Gardens are typically well-maintained, with topiaries, roses and magnolias consistent throughout the estate. A single image is preferable to a scene or scenery. • Colour - We are open to using colours in the logo, but would like to ensure the logo can be replicated as a single colour (such as for the signage). • Typography - Font would ideally be contemporary with clean lines – no script font. We lean towards sans serif fonts, but are open to your design expertise. • Wording - Murdoch Chase Resident’s Association
