Instructions：
1) Include the name of the event in the design and needs to be able to clear read it.
2) Colorful logo.
3) Can use different sweets/ candy illustrations in the logo.
4) File needs to be CMYK 300dpi not RGB as will need the logo for printing.
5) Circular design is good for use on artwork.
