I want something simple and clear to the eye so people can immediately see and not have to figure out what I am trying to communicate. The company name is written with 3 capitals and a small letter because the first three are my initials.

I like Shravya's idea, but it looks a bit too commercial instead of residential.
I also like cintoko's concept, although the hands look a little too abstract
