do i have to pick a winner before my qualifying stage is over or can i do it at the conclusion of my qualifying stage...when my time is up?

When the qualifying stage end, you can select finalist in judging stage.
(judging stage runs 6days to end) in that time you can send feedback suggestions etc., you want in a design.
