I show them how to clean their foods and how to prepare foods for allergen diets. It's information from a regular person who has had to live the lifestyle for many years. I also offer for subscribers and viewers to send in their favorite recipes that they cannot have anymore and I re-create them and may even make their new allergen free recipe on the show. It's fun and informative. More of a real life by a real person - kind of show and information.
