This logo is for a podcast coming out soon by Leasing Reality (www.leasingreality.com). Host Larry Haber’s ongoing series of chats with real estate and other business rock stars, will empower and play a part in helping aspiring, emerging and even seasoned professionals find the way to reaching their full potential (whatever that may be). If nothing else, Real Estate REality Check will provoke a bit of thought and conversation in our listeners’ mind as to how to take their current “A, B or C game” to the next level - and maybe, just maybe - incentivize some to become masters of their real estate and/or business domains. We are based out of New York City.

We are all about creativity! We are looking for a minimalist, sleek and modern design: White, black, grey color scale (and possible accent color of yellow - see color on www.leasingreality.com) RE in REality should be capitalized Integration of: A skyline (shouldn't be as pronounced compared to the podcast name); A check mark (shouldn't be as pronounced compared to the podcast name); and Possibly a guitar (we refer to our successful business/real estate interviewees as rock stars) - please note that inclusion of this is not as important as above. If included this element should be minimal. Please don't include a microphone or headphones in the design. Lastly, we need this to standout, be easily readable and capture the attention of potential podcast subscribers.
