I need leaflet designed and ready for print for our property lettings agency, Student Pavilion, see logo attached. We are soliciting for landlords through local advertising leaflet distribution. The A5 leaflet will be double sided with copy A provided below for side A. The bottom of side A will also feature a few industry-related logos in this order Pavilion Gold Standard, Unipol DPS & Pavilion Digital property experts.
side B is simply our pink brand identity colour background with white logo as seen in the attached file. This should fill the entire side B.
For side A, we are looking for a designer that can work with words superbly, using font styling, background text highlighting, bold text lettering or italics to producing exciting and capturing graphics. We would like our biggest pointers in the text copy come out really well that it picks the attention of our prospective client even whilst the leaflet is on the floor
Please use similar font type similar to our logo or feel free to introduce new font type that go really well. Also our two brand colours are pink and blue and codes can be seen in the attached file.
