how do I get rid of all the other so I can just look at the 3 finlists? It's too confusing with 300 other logos on the screen

Maybe you can give star symbol only to finalists only? Or you can press a "not interested" button on a design that doesn't belong to your category

Dear client, you can order your design entries by latest in time so all the newest logos are placed on top.
