5 String Logistics is a consulting company that connects shippers and freight management companies to local and "final mile" carriers using API technology to engage both parties.
I used the name 5 String because it represents a banjo, which is a complex musical instrument to play. Playing the 5 string banjo requires immense coordination of both hands and all fingers to create music. It’s similar to when shippers and carriers engage each other. There are a lot of moving parts and complexities and requires significant coordination between the parties to execute successful transactions.
