2. logo name in navy caps - with 3 stripes above or below or next to - one of the stripes can be red

Hello - i want to ask Aisya if she can make a change to color for me. Id like the E to be 3 gold stripes - and the STRIP D in Navy.
Any chance? i have no idea how to manipulate color
