Instructions：
I thought a darker gray with a bright blue / turquoise accent. (maybe white border for sign?) Kelly Marugg as an elegant signature or BOLD (unsure) with a pop of color to stand out (even red would be ok). KM as an elegant initial somewhere (but not necessary if it looks "busy"). I would also be willing to pay additional $ to a designer who can create a video of my logo "coming together" or a catchy way to start and end my youtube videos or video walk thru of property. I don't really want a key as part of my design. I would be okay with a roofline but not necessary. PROFESSIONAL BUT APPEALING TO BOTH MASCULINE AND FEMININE CLIENTS.
