We need a logo design for a new company based in northern Japan. We primarily buy and sell used cars, but also do restoration and tuning. A large portion of our client base is made up of car enthusiasts, but we do a have a significant "non-car person" client base as well, ranging in age from young to old (mostly) Japanese people. Looking for a logo that expresses both sides of that, while looking friendly and warm, but also showing hints of car enthusiasts. (More specifically, on the car enthusiast side of things, we work with imported American cars and trucks, as well as tuning Japanese sports cars for track and drift.)

Instructions：
Our company name is "West Coast Garage" and we'd also like to incorporate a few other elements in the logo:
1) The words "Sapporo" and "Los Angeles".
2) Feel free to include a sporty-looking car if you'd like. Would prefer non-2D angle, or hand-drawn/vector style like in the sample logos.
3) Please avoid anything too "graffiti" looking like the famous "West Coast Customs" logo. Please also avoid anything too "hardcore"-looking like the famous "West Coast Choppers" logo.
4) Positive and assertive, yet friendly/warm colors, without coming off as silly or overly childish.
5) Feel free to include items representing "coast" like a beach, waves, etc.
-The "Auto Exotica" style is one of my favorites. It looks shiny and professional, without looking "overly-testosterone" like many automotive-related logos.
