We will be a custom locker plant that butchers beef and pork for farmers, as well as have our own retail area with a meat counter and private label specialty meat products. We will likely have a lunch service 1-2 days a week.

Our specialty will be meat products. Being in an agricultural area, we would like something that makes people think "farm fresh" and probably incorporates green in some way. Our customers will be retail patrons of all socioeconomic statuses, farmers bringing animals for slaughter, and convenience/grocery stores to resell. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the experts in all things meat.
