The Infill Development Company, LLC is an apartment development company that is being created as a development arm / sub-brand to the urban apartment management company, Ubrane Apartments. (Please check out www.UrbaneApts.com for current brand info). Infill Development is very special in that we are only building on infill, urban lots in cities and we're using shipping containers for development along the minimalism ethos.

Our tagline is: "Infill Development; Creating Spaces for Sustainable Urbanism" -We want the logo/design to be fresh, cool, urban and inline with the trendy small apartment communities we're creating. They're eco-friendly and we believe in efficient, minimalist living. Think - Urban gardens, walkable communities, etc. Attached are the current Urbane Apartment Communities logo and a sketch of a prospective community we are developing with many more on the way. Please google "Shipping Container Apartments" for more visuals on what we are creating. -A play off of the shipping container theme may be a good idea as well.
