Senior living community. High end resort style living (apartment rentals) facility for all levels of senior/elderly lifestyles including independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Instructions：

Sophisticated, design elements but not a stand alone letter "V" that represents living near a coastline but not on a beach. We are considering a nautical theme with possible use of one of these elements-- compass, ship anchor, nautical flags or natural elements (sea turtle, shell etc)-- as a focal point. The local community supports a turtle hatchery, so an artistically abstract turtle design is a possible suggestion somewhere in the logo. These are upscale apartments with amenities like concierge service, fitness, salons, gift shops, poolside and restaurants on the property.
