The Town of East Lyme, Connecticut wishes to create a campaign to encourage "volunteerism" within our town. While we are already well supported by our citizenry, I am hoping to "brand" this idea/concept and better connect the need with those who want to help. Neighbors helping neighbors...coming together to keep East Lyme great!
