Instructions：

I'm looking for an interesting treatment of the letters WCC showing lateral movement (i.e., moving across career ladders as opposed to up) as well as somehow being uplifted (i.e., representation of support from others in network).<br><br>We're thinking of red and black to show feminine and strong but open to considering other color combinations too.
