This is a restaurant with an indoor surf machine. Primary focus is food and beverage, and then the ride. There will be minor retail also. Target demo is 18-35 but kids from 10 and up can use the ride. Night time, especially during peak times of the year will have a nightclub atmosphere, with staff only using the ride for entertainment. Food will focus on a grill type of menu. The surf machine will be in an enclosed building attached to the restaurant that is primarily glass with an open roof.
