Company Intro：

We are a nonprofit organization but a beauty pageant like the miss use. The name is MASI (Miss American Samoa Incorporated). I am looking for a unique design that talks about our culture and the beauty of the women in American Samoa. This should entice them to be Miss American Samoa Pageant contestants to represent us in the world like Miss Universe.

Instructions：

Our women wear a headless called a Tuiga. This talks about a virgin and how they are the beauty and center of attention within our Samoan Culture. The women have a tattoo design called the MALU and it is located on the thigh to the bottom of the knees on both legs.all these designs and head dress for our culture is found on google. Type in Tuiga and our head dress should pop up. also with the words TRADITIONAL MALU TATTOO you would be able to find a great example which should be created for the Miss American Samoa Inc design. Best of luck. The colors for us traditionally is black and light brown or dark brown. But I should leave that up to the designer on how to incorporate that and make it alive.
