We want to educate and motivate people of all ages and all fitness levels to become healthier and more fit from the inside out. We offer workshops, seminars, retreats, kids programs, adult programs, bootcamp workouts and nutritional counseling, while focusing on strengthening their faith and showing how faith and fitness go hand in hand!

Instructions：
We are very open minded, but want to attract everyone to fitness while being able to see that it is still faith-based. We have a sketch of a fit guy holding up his arms with the cross as the shadow and we like the idea of that, however the guy in the sketch doesn't have a shirt on and portrays more of a bodybuilder, which we feel doesn't relate to most people. We are looking for a more athletic look, but we like the idea of the cross being the shadow. We like bold colors and want it to be lively/dynamic.
