We are horsemanship and stud business based on 90 mile beach, north New Zealand. There is a 'lone pine' on the property, hence the name. If all or some of these concepts could be included in the design that would be great, but happy to take ideas. First and foremost we are a horse business, so that needs to be incorporated in some way. As we are based on the beach, we aren't going for the 'wild west' theme, but a tamed version of this could be acceptable.
