This logo Daxiong Express below is my current logo and I am very happy with it, especially the face on the main character. I am unable to contact the designer but I need to quickly find a way to simplify this logo. I would like to remove the scooter and boxes including the one the character is holding. Keep the round flag in the background and make the character standing at an angle with his arms crossed holding a spatula and whisk (iron chef style). I also want the bear logo that is currently on the box to be on his hat (the bear logo will need to be a duplicate of the entire logo on a smaller scale (similar to how it is now but with the the new design). I also need to add weight to the character, stocky build with a little stomach. Also, if possible, I want to have an Amercian and Italian flag on the collar of the chefs jacket.
