Instructions：
Healthcare providers (doctor's, hospitals etc) need to transition from the current payment model of being paid for a medical service, fee-for-service. Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers are transitioning to "pay-for-performance" payment model where all medical providers must prove the quality of the care that they provide, in order to get paid. This is accomplished by following the strict laws of Medicare/Medicaid to report quality metrics collected during the patient visit.<br>I am a subject matter expert in understanding the laws/rules and translating those into small, actionable step-by-step pieces so that medical practices and hospitals can implement the rules and increase their reimbursement for Medicare/Medicaid services.<br>This is accomplished through the use of electronic health records and the ability to interoperate within the medical community with this technology.<br>Any graphic that could include a patient, a provider and a computer would be awesome!
