It is a fun, connecting tool and is a great mood and energy booster; can result in increased immunity to illness and endorphins, the body's natural pain killers and feel good hormones. It is not Yoga in the traditional sense. I would suggest that the designers google it to see what it is about! :-)

I have an idea of a tree with smiles in it. But I don't want to limit the designers to this idea because I also want them to share what they feel they see when they look at the brief ... I don't want to stunt their own creative ideas! :-)<br><br>The clients will be a mix of corporate organisations, nursing homes targeted at staff and residents, child care centres and schools etc<br><br>The logo designs I chose are obviously because they have trees on them! lol
