- We are a small company and have been in the construction business for over 45+ years. Owned by 2 mature guys, one Japanese, the other English. We build custom homes in Silicon Valley, remodel existing homes and commercial spaces with a Euro/Asian flair to design and quality. We also have designed large landscapes (based on Japanese elements) and consider ourselves to be green, renewable and environmentally conscious. SEA stands for Stanford Applied Engineering. This could be included in your design, but not essential.
