Incremental Fitness

This is my personal training business. The reasoning behind my business name is that physical progress often does not happen in leaps and bounds. it happens incrementally, sometimes fast or slow..but rarely does it take a quantum leap. In a metaphor, we run incrementally, we move incrementally. We could bound and leap everywhere but that would become tiring after a while. (& we are not superheros) Instead fitness should be seen as an incremental process. step my step.

It is also kind of a play on words because of the "mental"... Because this is a mental game too. getting up ass early in the morning to work out, working out when you really don't want to get out of bed, taking the time to stretch out even when you think you are good, or building that confidence in yourself that you can stick to it and work out 3 times a week or keep to your schedule so you can finish that 5K & next time you will do more than finish.

    Instructions:
Color -> White background. Other than that, a red & black color scheme would be preferable. Perhaps just a bit yellow highlights somewhere, but not much.

Although not all of the designs have to do this but it would be interesting to see how the first letter of each are highlighted (the "I" and "F".) Also I know I discussed in the description about my take on the the "mental" aspect of working out, I don't want a brain as part of the logo.

I am sure that you think about this when designing, but I want a logo that looks good not just online but stands out on a business card, shirt, sticker etc..

Style -> Stylish & Professional that is polished with just a bit of dirt & relatively easy to read. Neither the image/logo nor the words should overpower the other.

THANK YOU in advance for your work!!!
