Most runs are by the Beach road. 5k runners all the way up to ultra marathons. Many also run Multi sport like Ironman Triathlons. Average age is 30's to 50's. Many professionals like doctors and lawyers. We love to drink beer and socialize. Co-Ed.

Instructions：
Our last logo looked like a Superman sign with FR inside it. Stick figures can be funny. Light hearted to moderate. Group consists of 200 runners. Logo will go on shirts and FB.
