DESIGNS (1)
- Logo Name:
- Airborne Arms
- Company Intro:
- The business manufactures and sells firearms and firearm accessories. Primarily AR style platforms and almost exclusively tactical style builds. I am a combat veteran of OIF, deployed as a Paratrooper with the 1-509th ABN INF battalion (geronimo's or G-men) and I am 60% service connected disabled through the VA.
- Instructions:
- I would love to incorporate the airborne jump wings that are awarded to a graduate of jump school in the logo or a fully loaded paratrooper with chute wide open. The airborne tab, a subtle tip of the cap to the 1/509th, and an AR15 (the weapons platform that I specialize in) are all things I'd like to incorporate... however I need a logo or symbol that is simple enough to laser engrave on to small areas of firearm parts, but also detailed enough to be engraved on larger 2.5" x 2.5" sections such as the receiver, business cards, or one day a store front sign.
- Sa classic silhouette of an airborne infantryman in the sky
- SStarting in World War II and on 509 soldiers with spray paint the gingerbread man on the side of their helmet using a stencil like this
- SFrom what I can understand so far, I should be fine using the Ginger bread man as a prominent part of my logo, however, I should refrain from using the 509 over it as not to lead people to assume that I am selling rifles on behalf of the 1/509th
- SA perfectly proportioned g-man
- Swhat I mean by negative space... the G-man could be in the middle of the word arms on the bottom in negative space
- SKinda what I had in mind, I wasn't doing a great job describing it so I doodled it out... Maybe make the letters boxier. The top one would be for the simpler logo engraved in the weapon, the bottom one for the full logo
