I'm really trying to stay away from the simple traditional scales and gavels unless they can be incorporated in such a way as the photo attached into an owl. I guess you could say I'm looking for an intimidating owl. Right now a simple lined black and white logo will suffice, colors can be modified. If you can find a creative way to incorporate the state of Kentucky that could potentially help your chances. I plan on using this logo as branding, it will be on my letterhead, any billboards, business cards, you name it. This could be your chance to get your work noticed.
