Open to all creative ideas, would like to have the text (ePakistan) to be prominent, .com is optional. Also, the logo will support subdomains (e.g; News, blogs etc). So, the logo you will submit will show the main logo ePakistan.com with (for example) "News" in smaller text (possibly above or on the side) - similar to Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Finance etc where there is a main identity then the service identity.
