We are a fitness training facility in the white mountains of New Hampshire. Our focus is on constantly varied high intensity fitness combining Olympic weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and elements of gymnastics. Clients may lift barbells, flip giant tires, swing kettlebells, do pull-ups or ring dips etc.

Instructions：
We would like our logo to contain an element of fitness and elements of the mountains and/ or foliage, and the river. The swift river is also known for having an old school New England covered bridge. We would be open to incorporating that too.
