"Q" is the acronym and or Nick name that is industry specific. It referrs to the middle management position, and this person is in charge of the overal Quality of the delivery of services to the individuals they serve.
This brand will be on all my books and office organizers for people who work with the handicapped. I want it to be fun and whimsical, bring a smile to the person's face as they complete the required paperwork. Spread Joy and efficiency!
