We need a logo with (or withouth) a written in a simple style with an immediate impact. Iit has to be nice, funny and it has to draw the attention.This picture will be post up the entrance of all our tourist facilities, it will be also a trendy key and an item to buy, a design item more than just a logo!We need a logo with a written in a simple style with an immediate impact. We are interested in a symbol or in a design picture, the written could be deleted and tourists can understand our business just with our picture-logo. (for example: tripadvisor’s logo is a stylised animal but it represents the idea!)
You have to taking into account:
1. PATHOS: Tourists should dream Sardinia with our logo and it should say our business (to sell unique experiences in Sardinia, not only beaches and sea!). We want to dicover tourists a secret Sardinia trip.
2. CHARMING design: it has to be cool, and draw attention.
3. COLORS: the logo has to easly fit with a colored background (see website**), we like multicolor logo or neutral with something that can be changed to integrate the logo with each areas of our website.
4. AUTHENTICITY: We need a logo that refers to sardinia tradition and sardinia craftmanship . We want to get sardinia original, safe, and native products and services across to tourists. If you have been ever in Sardinia you can understand :)
5. WRITING: The writing is necessary but the logo should be independent of the writing. the logo can be coupled in top, bottom or side position.
**The site (this is the mockup: http://www.myruralife.com/work/mockup/index.html) is divided into areas, for each area we wanted to use different colors. Our idea is to use stylised images that refer to sardinia culture and each area of our web platform. We have thinked a little logo for each of them, all in the same style, but we are not so sure of this realization. You could change everything in terms of a new logo or you can adapt the new logo to the areas. It depends on your imagination!
