MERCATO is an acronym for Mastermind Groups, Entity Structuring, Real Estate Investing, Credit (both personal and business), Auctions (tax liens and deeds), Trading (stocks and options), and Outsourcing (how to form your own investment club and train others to do the research for investing opportunities). The UIN is a membership program which teaches the core MERCATO concepts through multimedia and live interactive training via webinars, teleseminars, and in person workshops.

Thanks for making me one of the finalist. But
There is a problem about my revision.
It's a violation for us to use or merge the concept of the other artist.
You can suggest more ideas but we cannot copy other artist concept like
#29 ladder inserting in my design and the encircled design in #14.
So sorry for that cause I just need to follow and rules and just respect for the other designers especially to the other finalist.
