This is a value priced small restaurant...seating 40 people with an open kitchen where we will be broiling steaks, chicken, fish and vegetables. People will be able to watch the food being cooked. Customers order and then sit down with a number and a worker brings the order to their table/booth/bar stool. Fresh ingredients and simple great food. We are in a mountain resort town and serve locals and tourists. The place will be adjacent to a cafe/breakfast restaurant (co-owned) so the Park City Broiler will be more of the upscale option for customers to get quality food at a reasonable price.

I am open to designer creativity. I like simplicity in order for the design to pop and be memorable. I am thinking the word "Park City" should take a step back from the word "Broiler". It would be fun to have a simple icon to go with it. It should be sophisticated with a classy feel. It's very important that the logo be easily transferable to t-shirts and promotional items. Thanks in advance for your efforts!
