Use the photo to make a black and white sketch/outline of the gas lamp, the man holding it with the top hat, and the ladder. Make the flame a brilliant yellow/orange color to match the flames in the home on fire. Make the colored flame straight up and more gradient, less solid yellow or orange. The rest of the logo is to be black and white outline/sketch. Less sketching on the black an white, more of an outline. Have the "G" in "Gaslight" start with the part of the lamp that holds the gas angled up and to the right following the outline of his sleeve. Having the "y" on the word "Harmony" finish under his chest and to the left of the ladder. See my other logo "Farmwoody".
