I'm thinking the outline of property but tilted away from us and on an angle, and the creek running through it, all 2D. Sanctuary across the top in classy attractive thin lettering, 187 maybe watermarked in the background or across the property. Somewhere Est. 2018.

- AI'd really like to match the font from picture #3 I listed. Or a completely different approach would be picture #1. So far everything seems to be just standard templates.
