It is a restaurant with the family room on one side that is light, pretty, shabby chic and a bar on the other side that is dark, rustic and industrial.
The outside of the building is covered in old barn wood.
Our mantra is fresh and homemade items.
How we got our name:
I chose a flower to signify beauty. The flower represents my journey. I started as a seed, many amazing people watered me with knowledge to help me grow and this restaurant is what has bloomed. As for the bull...it is a strong minded and strong willed creature (much like our family), it is also a reminder that it's better to bitch less and see the beauty in things. I would like to intertwine these two elements of Beauty and the Bull and give the restaurant a farmhouse feel. Delicate enough to bloom a flower, rough enough to raise a bull.

We will be a small compact Cafe, serving great coffee and food, in the heart of Killarney Town, County Kerry, IRELAND. Our cafe will be slightly alternative to the rest, almost hipster like, in the style of Melbourne's typical cafes. We will be serving great coffee, and mainly brunch foods. Later in the summer months, we will expand the menu to include wines & craft beers, served with a few dinner options. Our location will be in a unit, part of which forms a long stone building, previously used as storage by the Council years ago. The address for the cafe is "Milk Market Lane", Killarney Town. The name of the lane comes from the markets which used to be held in the vicinity, and that was how the lane was given name. We have chosen the same name for our cafe.
The Nifty House will be a restaurant and bar (serving coffee, wine and long drinks) in the center of Pordenone, a city in north-east Italy. The building has a circular shape and has 3 floors. The bar is on ground floor, the restaurant on the 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor there's a terrace. The place will be open from early morning to late night and will offer breakfast - both the short italian style breakfast (capuccino and brioche) and american style breakfast), lunch and dinner. Thursday nights there will be live music (mostly American rock) and on Saturday nights there will be a DJ and probably some party going on. Pordenone is a wealthy city and we hope to attract the people working in the nearby offices and banks. But we also aim to attract the members of the U.S. Air Force living in the nearby military base (especially on the nights when American bands will play). The place will have free wifi and the idea is to make The Nifty House a sort of meeting point where people can bring their laptops and have a long breakfast (or brunch) while working (a bit like Starbucks)

Centered around the beautiful village of Skaneateles NY, the heart of the Finger Lakes region.
Known for its charming pastoral landscape, including majestic lakes, wineries and vineyards, the area has become a luxurious destination spot for sophisticated travelers. It first started as a place for local farmers and millers to sell their crops and goods, but today it has developed into a world-class getaway, perfect for hosting luxurious events and weddings.
Through its support of locally grown food, the Finger Lakes region has earned its status as a respected pioneer in the farm to table movement.
The valley features 150 commercial wineries and hundreds of vineyards, specializing in the following grape varieties: Chardonnay Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Rose. The region currently stands as the New York State second largest wine producer in the USA.
We will bring together tourists, locals and foodies to learn more about the area’s organic produce and celebrate the land’s natural richness. It’s surrounded by many quaint village restaurants and winery businesses, making the region a buzzing center of attraction. Overall, the location’s dreamy rural scenery makes the ideal setting for a luxurious food and wine soiree.

We farm haskap berries - the newest superfood. A new berry to north america, they are like a high bush blueberry but higher in antioxidants, fibre and tastes something like a cross between a blueberry, a blackberry and a raspberry, A versatile berry that can be used for just about everything from dyes, to syrup, to jam, baking and wines.
We will also be farming other fruits in the future, likely cherries. We will be an organic farm. We also have high quality sport horses. The logo however, should reflect the haskap the most, the horses the least. Because the berry is still relatively unknown, it might also be good to have them on the logo - but we aren't totally sure. The logo should have some notion of berries/farms but not necessarily haskap berries exacly. Google images has many pics of the haskap berry.
